Pillar is committed to finding the best talents, a process with mutual respect, honesty and trustworthiness, Generally speaking, there are two telephone interviews, and face to face interview. During the interview process, the candidate will speak to HR department representatives, hiring manager/co-workers or CEO, VPs. The specific interview process is subject to positions and actual situations.

1. What is the recruitment process?

2. Who will review submitted application?

HR representatives will contact you after receiving your resume using the information provided.

3. Will pillar contact my former or current supervisor to find out more about me after submitting the resume?

We will never contact your former or current supervisors without your consent. 


4. Is there any vacancy for the post?

All job postings on our website are currently still vacant. You could also submit your application to the jobs that are not posted. We will contact you if we see a fit.


5. Why not include salary description?

Pillar will pay competitive salary based on different positions and job performance. Due to different requirements of each position, different education background, work experience, level of skills and special experience of candidates, each employee's salary could be different. 


6. What is the best resume format?

If you choose to submit application form, please fill in all the information in the required fields with your best efforts.

If you choose to submit by email, please to introduce yourself with as much details as possible, place your name, address and contact information at the beginning. If you have a complete resume (in word or PDF format),  please send the email with resume attached and make sure the attached document is not too big.

  

7. What should the resume content be about? 

Accurate Information and well-organized resume  allows human resource representative to know you better.

Please include your educational background, working experience, honors and awards, perception of the company, self-assessment, individual career planning in addition to personal information if e-mail application is submitted.

 

8. Will I get a response after application?

If your quality fits the position, HR representative will contact you for interview.
